Q: Who sings lead, and who sings harmony? . . . . . A: We ALL do!

Joan Darrah - Soprano

Joan won three gold medals singing with International Champion Sweet Adeline (women's barbershop) choruses and has been a successful quartet lead. Joan currently sings with A Cappella Pops Show Chorus. In her "spare" time she and husband Don co-produce / co-direct the World Harmony Jamboree, an annual show at the men's international barbershop harmony convention that funds grants to musical organizations around the world. Joan lives with her husband, Don Farrell, near Fleetwood, PA.

Camellia Wells - Alto

Just call her "Camille" like everyone else. Camille is a four time Sweet Adeline regional champion quartet lead. Her quartets, which include New Attitude and Never Say Never, were featured guests on many east coast shows. Having sung on the international competition stage, she brings a wealth of performance experience to the group. Camille also sings with the Harrisburg, PA Sweet Adeline Greater Harrisburg Chorus and is looking forward to their trip to Hawaii. "Hurricane" Camille lives in Drexel Hill, PA.

Don Farrell - Tenor

Don sang lead with several successful quartets within the Barbershop Harmony Society, most recently, Moonlighting, a District Finalist and popular show quartet. Don was a boy soprano with the Sons of Broward Boy Choir (FL) and has been singing high notes ever since. He brings a jazz background and love for all kinds of a cappella to the group. Don co-produces / directs the World Harmony Jamboree with wife Joan and lives near Fleetwood, PA.

Wayne Woodward - Baritone

Wayne is a BHS quartet veteran. He has won Divisional quartet championships and is a Mid-atlantic District medalist lead. Wayne's quartets, which include Class Ring and Harmony Reunion, were well known, and he has coached both quartets and choruses. He has directed both men's and women's barbershop choruses, performed in community theater, and is a sought-after emcee and creative writer. Thankfully, he also lends these, along with his considerable vocal arranging talents, to Kalliope. Wayne lives in Akron, PA.
